Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer delight by providing high-quality services and communication on SMM projects, regular online meetings, and calls.
- Executing social media advertising strategy through competitive research, tools utilisation, benchmarking, brand messaging, and audience identification.
- Developing promotional copies and visuals (in cooperation with team designers).
- Setting up ad campaigns and performing bid management.
- Creating, editing, publishing, and sharing content (original text, images, videos, and infographics) that reflects the client and their brand while building meaningful connections. Boost community engagement.
- Performing regular monitoring and analysis of key metrics, data, and insights for data-driven decisions on strategy optimisation.
- Monthly reporting on the results of social media campaigns and progress.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest SMM trends and tools through ongoing education/certification.
Necessary skills:
- 3+ years of proven social media ads experience.
- Past agency experience is a plus.
- Active Facebook Blueprint certification.
- A/B Testing and Analysis skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience with social analytics, including Facebook Insights and other analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of media relations, public relations, and content marketing.
- The ability to work independently and with multiple tasks within the expected timeline.
- Perfect writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
